Counselling for Adults and Adolescents
I am truly thankful for the chance to facilitate each person's journey towards becoming their best selves and finding inner peace.
With specialised training in Workplace Psychology and Counselling for adults and adolescents, my therapeutic approach encourages individuals to embrace their unique values and strive for personal growth and transformation. I primarily use the Person-Centered therapy approach but bring other helpful theories as needed. This way, I can provide support for your specific situation.

I take pride in my entire personal journey, especially as an immigrant, which has shaped my bicultural mindset. It has deepened my understanding of the impact of culture on the human mind and the necessity of working towards a psychology that disempowers dominant societies.
Alongside my immigration process, I navigate an intercultural marriage and the experience of motherhood in a land far from my cultural roots. Additionally, I am undergoing a career transition in a foreign country. These experiences and ongoing studies further fuel my commitment to mental health.

My background as an organisational psychologist led me to refine my true passion: providing mental health support to individuals, groups, and communities seeking a healthier life.
Specialising in Workplace Psychology has given me a strong focus on the Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Still, my commitment extends to addressing a wide range of mental health challenges faced by adolescents and adults.

I eagerly anticipate our meeting and the opportunity to build a therapeutic relationship.

Let's embark on this journey together.
